Meet Sam Zivley.
Sam Zivley brings more than a decade of experience across residential construction, roofing, property operations, and real estate. He began working in construction while completing his undergraduate studies and has remained closely involved in the residential building industry ever since.
That range gives Sam a practical view of how homes are built, how they perform over time, and how construction decisions affect long-term ownership and value. His roofing and property-operations experience sharpened his attention to durability and maintenance, while his real-estate background adds perspective on the investment behind the home.
As principal of Oakwood Estate Homes, Sam leads the team and remains involved in major project decisions, helping keep planning, communication, and construction aligned through final handoff.
